На стороне крышки - синяя - находится магнитная плита. На стороне днища - чёрная - находится стальная плёнка. Монтаж задней плёнки, в крышку (синяя) А Обратную плёнку с защищенной клеющей лентой вниз расположить на магнитной плите. В Придерживая плёнку в правильном положении левым локтем, приподнимать правый верхний угол плёнки и снимать защитную бумагу с клеющей ленты на стороне шарнира, затем плёнку медленно опускать на магнитную фольгу и прижимать в области клеющей ленты при помощи тряпки. С Приподнимать нефиксированные стороны и снимать оставшуюся защитную бумагу с клеющей ленты, опускать плёнку и прижимать тряпкой. Монтаж передней плёнки, в днище (чёрная) О Жёлтый картон положить на вклеенную заднюю плёнку, переднюю плёнку с клеющей лентой наверх положить на жёлтый картон и снимать всю защитную бумагу. Е Картон и переднюю плёнку выправлять до совпадения с задней плёнкой. Г Закрыть кассету осторожным поворотом днища на крышку, прижимать днище. В случае повреждения заменить днище кассеты. Обе части (днище и крышку) соединить вместе: вкладывать крышку кассеты в днище кассеты таким образом, чтобы крючок замка крышки соединился с замком днища. Этот процесс отслеживается акустически и визуально. Кассету поставить на стол, рабочую плиту и т.п. замками вниз. 2. Сжимая, держать рукой кассету в верхней части. 3. Сверху положить новый шарнир двумя направляющими рельсами вниз, чтобы лежали на направляющих шарнира (днища и крышки). здесь расположить новый шарнир направляющими вниз 4. Здесь, в верхней части, сжимать рукой кассету (и шарнир). 5. Лёгкими ударами резиновым молотком сначала на одной стороне шарнир вбивать в направляющие, потом то же сделать на втречной стороне, а после этого последовательно по всей длине до конца. Д ля предотвращения повреждений шарнира и всех других частей кассеты следует воспользоваться резиновым (а НЕ металлическим) молотком! Осторожно! These screens compensate differences in absorption by increasing the degree o f intensification in the longitudinal direction. Thanks to the high average intensification low doses o f radiation are sufficient for optimal X- ray exposures. CAWO intensifying screens for film changers guarantee reliable film transport, protect the film from electrostatic discharges and are extremely durable. Fluoroscopy screens CAWO LS 16 fluoroscopy screens emit green fluorescent light. The considerable brightness obtained with low backlight means that the patients receive the lowest possible dose o f radiation. The fluoroscopy screens provide good detail perceptibility and have excellent intensifying properties. Light emission ( X max.): 545 nm C are of screens Intensifying screens should be stored in a cool, dry place. All marks and dust should be removed with a soft cloth. The back screen is mounted on a m agnetized rubber cushion. The tube side screen is mounted on a steel foil. The m agnetic attraction between the m agnetized rubber and the steel foil holds the screens and the film tightly together. And the result is an image which is sharper than ever. In addition, m agnetism is both fail-proof and permanent. A twofold advantage then. Reliable image quality and long life o f the cassette. Practical maintenance The life o f ABS cassettes is further enhanced by a design which is easily repairable.
